This seminar focuses on a strategic approach to grant-seeking as a key resource for the development of a modern research group. The main stages of the project lifecycle will be examined—from selecting calls for proposals and preparing applications to managing the budget, the team, and reporting—with an emphasis on risks, common mistakes, and practical techniques for improving the effectiveness of participation in grant programs.
